Hyper Pro Training
Q: Will Hyper make my teen aggressive or violent?
A: Not at all! In fact, Hyper encourages teens to have self-discipline, self-control, and to be strong, respectful, and peaceful. Our classes teach students to set high goals, work hard at everything they do and inspire them to greatness.
Q: Can teens get injured with Hyper?
A: As a parent, I'm sure you've seen that teens can get injured doing just about anything. Hyper is no different; however, we take safety very seriously here. Yes, injuries do happen sometimes. But we do everything in our power to prevent them. We do advanced stretching routines to make sure their body is limber and flexible and we spot/watch them closely to ensure they perform the moves safely.
Q: My teen isn't all that athletic. Can they still participate in Hyper?
A: Absolutely! Hyper teaches teens to be strong, coordinated, and flexible. Teens who don't have these qualities naturally will develop them… and those who do enhance them even more. Hyper is often a “home” for teens who don't excel at team sports. Kids who have trouble in baseball, basketball, soccer, etc. often come to Hyper and do extremely well. It also elevates their focus, fitness, happiness, and confidence.
Q: Are these Hyper Pro Training classes fun?
A: You bet they are! We're dealing with teens here and if it’s not fun, they won’t want any part of it. We do a variety of fun drills, tricking combos and techniques, powerful martial arts hand strikes and kicking techniques that challenge students and keep them interested and smiling. We work hard here, but we also play hard.
